Yes, count your blessings. You have so much that might only be a dream for some other person.
Being grateful makes you less anxious. It helps to improve your mood and outlook towards life.

Smiling a lot and laughing out loud increases your feel-good endorphins.

Focus on solving your problems rather than stressing on them.
