Ayurvedic Remedies To Treat Chest Pain

They should increase the intake of fruits and vegetables and avoid foods that are rich in fats. They should also follow some exercising in their daily routine to keep themselves healthy.

Garlic

You can use garlic to ward off a variety of ailments such as chest pain, acidity, cough, phlegm, asthma, etc. It can also bring down the cholesterol levels.
Usage
Swallow a clove of garlic on an empty stomach every day to keep various ailments at bay. If your chest pain is related to acidity, you can consume 3-4 cloves every day after the meal.

Turmeric
Turmeric, known for its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, is used to cure a variety of ailments. It is also very effective in preventing heart-related issues. The compound called curcumin present in turmeric also helps in regulating blood flow and removing the plaque that is accumulated in the arteries.

Mulethi

Methi Seeds

Soak 1 tbsp of methi seeds in a glass of water overnight. Consume this the next morning on an empty stomach.

Tulsi
Tulsi, aka as holy basil, is commonly found around in the Indian homes. It is also a very popular remedy to cure various diseases in Ayurveda. It is packed with anti-inflammatory properties that regulate the functioning of the heart. It also helps in getting rid of the excess cholesterol build-up, and thus aids in curing chest pain. Tulsi contains magnesium, which regulates blood flow towards the heart and helps in relaxing the body.
Usage
Chewing 5-6 leaves of tulsi every day will help in curing chest pain and congestion.
