How are anti inflammatory herbs helpful? Well, let us first discuss about inflammation. It is nothing but your body's way of protecting itself from certain foreign bodies like fungi or pathogens. When you injure a particular part of your body, the skin in that area turns red in color and you will gradually observe a swell in that place. This is an example of inflammation.
