Effective Ways To Get Toned Arms
Toning your body is essential; this is a part of being active and healthy. Most people believe that a good amount of cardio exercise can do the trick. Yes, they do help to lose weight and tone the muscles on your legs, but more strenuous exercises are needed to help tone the muscles of the abdomen and other parts of the body. The key here is that you need to work the muscles rather than the fat.
Of all the areas, the arms are one of the few parts of the body that need extra care. For women, there are alternative ways to get toned arms and you don’t need to carry heavy weights to achieve this.

There are a few exercises for toning arms. All these exercises will help to lose the fat first and then work with the muscles.
The following are few ways to get toned arms; these when done daily will help you get the shape that you have always dreamed of.
Roll the ball with uneven push ups
This is best for upper body strength. This can be done by getting into plank, placing one hand on the ball and the other on the floor and pushing your shoulders to the floor, keeping the elbows in. This can be repeated on both sides for about 5 times each. This is one of the exercises for toning arms.
Pilates Boxing
This is for yoga fans who want to burn fat. This is one of the best ways to get toned arms. This needs to be done with the legs hip width apart, knees bent; spine, fists, elbows and shoulders should be in the same level; box with the right hand forward and then do the same with the left. A set of 20 for each hand is all that is needed.
Clean and Press Windmill
This is used not only for the arms, but also for the legs too. Feet should be shoulder width apart. Grab a weight on the left hand. Bend at waist to the right also allowing right foot out with the right hand down and the left hand up. This can be repeated for the other side also.
Hip Heist Push up
This is one of the ways to get toned arms. This is similar to a normal push up. The only difference is that you will do a full turn and bring yourself to a table top position starting with a normal push up. This is effective to tone your arms because you use your arms in this exercise and apply most of your weight on your arms, thereby working your arm muscles to the fullest.
Biceps and arm cycles
This is a method to get the full body strength workout. This is one of the ways to get toned arms, this needs to be done along with dumbbell. While circling your hand up in a circular motion with the help of the dumbbell, you are exercising your arms. This can be repeated with both arms and squatting.
