Is your body fat putting you in a tough spot? Do you wish you could reduce it somehow without really visiting a gym? Many of you don't have enough time to go visit a gym and work out.

Not many of you are fond of healthy diet too. Not that you have something unhealthy of course! But, having barley water, cooking oatmeal etc. is not really your kind of lunch or dinner!

You consume water and are on a proper diet but, your fats just seem to increase. There's no control on it! You wish there were some quick basic exercises which you could perform while at home and reduce that fat swelling on your body.

Lots of people suggest slimming devices or even the slimming diet. But, nothing of that sort really goes for you. You just want regular exercises that can reduce the calories. Well, there's good news for you.

There are exercises that you can do while at home or on your own. These exercises reduce a lot of calories and require no major efforts. Here's a list of these home exercises to cut fat.

Home Cardios or Burpees

Home cardios to tone up your core, upper body and legs are the best way to reduce fat while at home. They are pretty tough at first go. But, if you do them they serve to be the best way to combat fat. Cardios are definitely worthwhile even if it means a little intensive work. You just need to invest a few minutes per day to cut fat.

Running

Not exactly an in-home exercise but, something that you can do within your compound or while in some park. Just run along to shed a few calories. You can even run around the park, a few rounds precisely, to cut fat. This is one of the most opted for home exercises to cut fat. It is a sure shot calorie reducer.

Skipping the Rope

Skipping ropes are pretty cool if you want to cut fat. You can do this while at home. Just buy a skipping rope and skip along for about 20 minutes in a day. While you are jumping on skipping ropes, you are definitely cutting down on the calories.

Crunches

This is one of the best methods to reduce fat. You just need to lie on a mat, flat. Lift your legs to 90 degree position while placing your hands behind the head. Inhale and lift your upper torso off the floor. Exhale and come back to normal position! Repeat this for 10 times. Within no time, you would be observing a splendid change in your body fat

Twist & Side Crunches

They are again easy and best ways to cut fat. When performing side crunches, you need to position your legs to move on the same side as your shoulders. The whole things puts definite weight on your tummy thus reducing the calories. When you are performing twisted crunches, you will move your right shoulder towards your left torso and vice versa. All these exercises, you can perform 10 times for best results.

Bicycling

Bicycling

Lie flat on your back. Now put your legs together in a cycling form. Start cycling. Nothing beats this exercise. You will need to alternate the bending of legs and basically cycle as you would do on a bicycle. This would put weight on your tummy thus cutting down on the fat.

Side Planks

Side Planks

This seems difficult but it is one the best home exercises to cut fat. Lie on the floor sideways while supporting yourself on the side elbow and leg. Keep the elbow perpendicular to your shoulder while your knees should be straight. Lift the top leg and put it back in position.
