Dehydration is one of the major causes of fatigue as it stops the passage of oxygen into the muscles which causes lack of energy. Drink lots of water and healthy fluids.

Eat Energy Boosting Foods
Yogurt is rich in calcium and vitamins. The healthy pro-biotic bacteria in yogurt fights fatigue and also cleanses the system. Other energising foods include fruits which are rich in fibre and sugar that helps fight fatigue and boost energy levels.

Drinking green tea is a natural way to boost energy and fight fatigue. It has little caffeine which helps get over fatigue. It mobilises fatty acids from the fat tissues which converts into energy.

Include Oats
Porridge especially prepared with oats is the ideal breakfast to stay energetic all day. Oats are rich in complex, energy-sustaining carbohydrates, low in fats, reduces bad cholesterol level which makes it a healthy food.

Take Small Breaks At Work
Taking small breaks prevents you from feeling tired mentally and physically. Take deep breaths and also try some simple desk exercises that will soothe you instantly.

To fight fatigue, you need to be active. Show interest in things that will boost your body's energy. For example, outdoor activities like small trips, swimming, playing football over a weekend with friends will help you stay physically active.
