Sugar free drinks may cause gastritis or indigestion problems. The gastritis can be severe causing further dehydration, nausea and weakness. Thus, this proves that sugar free drinks are not healthy. Just because it does not contain sugar, it does not become healthy for our body. Sugar free drinks are good replacements for regular fizz drinks, but are not as healthy as they are portrayed.

Weight loss - Low calorie drink helps to avoid any weight gain. Therefore, sugar free drinks also help to avoid any excess and unwanted weight. But, it does not help to reduce or shed down any extra kilos. Sugar free drinks do not have any weight loss benefits. It has no effect on the weight of the body. Sugar free drinks can help to lose weight - this is a big misunderstanding. All the above reasons prove sugar free drinks are not healthy.
