Do you get angry very often and vent your anger out in such a manner that you have to regret later? It happens with most of the people when they are going through a rough patch in their life. But sometimes, due to many reasons, it becomes your daily habit. You get extremely angry even on small things. If you are among them, don't worry but reconsider your way of dealing with anger. Think, why do you do it and how badly it is affecting your life?

Too much of anger affects our lives in many aspects; Out of control anger hurts our physical and mental health. It hurts our relationship, career and social life. Anger really takes a toll on our life.

When you are angry, start counting numbers in descending order from 10 to 1. Do it slowly. It takes your attention away from the issue you are angry on and gives you some time to think.
