Foods That Cause Bloating
Bloating can make you look pregnant. You wake with a flat stomach, but by the end of day, you seem to observe a bulging tummy. You feel full and tight all the time and this is all caused due to bloating. And then you think, what exactly is bloating? Bloating is the excessive gas in the intestines. Constipation, over-eating, bad eating habits, air swallowing, irritable bowel syndrome and PMS (Premenstrual Syndrome) are common causes of bloating.
Even foods that causes gas can lead to bloating. You can control bloating by excluding few foods from your diet. For example, spicy and fried foods can be one of the major causes of bloating. The stomach takes much time to break down these greasy food particles thus causing gas and bloating gradually.
