4 Healthy And Tasty Junk Foods!

4 healthy junk food:
Boiled potatoes: You can have boiled potatoes as a junk food with healthy spices such as cardamom powder, black pepper powder and vegetables such as lettuce or cabbage. Boil potatoes, add spices, steamed or boiled green vegetables such as broccoli and pour low fat yogurt. You can also have stock potatoes or roast with olive oil. Avoid too much sugar or salt. A tasty and healthy street chaat!
Low fat cookies: You can enjoy these crunchy junk food with jam, cheese or cream! Low fat cookies are tasty, contains less calories and cholesterol. Prefer having sugar free cookies to avoid health problems and weight gain.
Snacks: Salty snacks such as namkeen, papad or sev can be turned to a healthy junk food. Pour yogurt on namkeen and add black pepper powder, little salt or else lemon. Garnish with sev and have the healthy street food! Grilled papad can be consumed with freshly chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, lemon and spring onions.
Nuts: These are one of the most healthiest snacks which are filling and filled with nutrition. Have nuts such as almonds, apricots and cashews as a healthy snack. You can make it a junk by adding them in a scoop of low fat, sugar free ice-cream. You can even add chaat masala in a bowl of fruit salad and garnish with nuts toppings.
These are the healthy junk food which doesn't add weight whilst filling your taste. Street/junk food are known for spices, flavour and fat! Have healthy fat which doesn't lead to health problems in the later ages.
