Diet To Prevent Season Change Sickness -
1.Mushrooms – Shitake and Maitake mushroom are the two forms of mushrooms which are believed to be the right diet to prevent season change sickness. Mushrooms are a rich source of glucan, which boosts the immune system by preventing the spread of a virus. Mushrooms also stimulates the production of white blood cells and remove toxins. Thus, preventing the body from many seasonal illnesses.
2.Garlic – Garlic is an anti-bacterial agent which effectively kills all the germs and is also known for it's ability to enhance immune system. Other qualities of garlic are it lowers blood pressure, cholesterol, toxins etc. Intake of garlic everyday can prevent season change sickness.
3.Green Tea – Drink enough green tea. Green tea has several benefits (read here) but one which helps in preventing season change sickness is the property called anine. This strengthens the immune system and also helps the system to work better.
4.Broccolli – Broccolli is a rich source of a compound called indole-3-carbinol. This agent is well known for it's qualities of enhancing the digestive system but many few people know that it also is a great agent to enhance the immune system.
5.Blueberries – Blueberries are a rich source of Vitamin C which also helps in preventing the body from all kind of infections. The seasonal change sickness, is always due to internal infections.
