Want To Look Younger? Start By Feeling Young...

Tips to look younger:
1. Couples who have a loving relationship and resolve conflicts in a humorous way, tend to age slowly. Making love regularly also contributes towards a better relationship and lesser stress, which is a key to longevity. This naturally strengthens the immune system and eases pains in the body. This is the secret to many oldies who still maintain that youthful look.
2. Every year many adults succumb to diseases such as flu, pneumonia, hepatitis B and other 'childhood diseases' such as measles and chicken pox. This is due to the fact that they have missed their vaccinations when they were children. Vaccinations to prevent pneumonia are available for people over 65 years. This also strengthens the immune system, which is a key to longevity. So making sure that we get our shots at scheduled timings would definitely help in fighting several diseases.
3. Being a social person definitely helps. Those who are trying to get rid of habits such as smoking or drinking would be able to do better when they are interacting regularly with their pals. One great example would be the de-addiction camps or support groups. Those who attend these while taking the prescribed medicine, respond better to the treatment. Spending time with friends and family is a real stress buster that contributes to a youthful look.
4. Enjoy your work. If you are getting stressed at work because you are dissatisfied with the job, then it shows on your face. The stress makes you feel low and exhausted. Try to talk to your boss and change your schedule, or move into another department that makes you feel better. If that too does not work, change the job. This will keep you away from traumatizing yourself losing that carefully preserved youthful look.
5. Diet – this cannot be escaped when talking about looking young. But what you choose to eat depends on what your body needs or doesn't need. Including lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in your daily food is a sure way of strengthening the immune system and boosting your health. If you feel that you have had an extra portion of food that was not required by your body, don't worry unnecessarily. Just go ahead, enjoy your meal and then work off the excess fat.
6. Hear your inner soul. A visit to a temple or church would help you build up your faith. If it is not about religion, it is about faith and belief in one positive thought. Those you have positive thoughts, tend to create a positive aura around themselves. A confident attitude is what keeps one going along the path of longevity.
There are no rules or shortcuts that can make you look younger. The above tips make way for a healthy life, which in turn makes you feel and look younger. Always remember that if you feel young, you will definitely look young. Love your life to gain the best from it. Do not forget that looking younger starts from feeling younger.
