5 Foods Which Make You Fat!

Food to avoid:
Snacks: Oily and fried food such as potato chips, fried chicken, fast food mainly burgers with cheese and mayonnaise are tasty and fills your stomach but these foods are unhealthy as they are rich in fat and calories which only make you put on unwanted pounds! Nuts such as almonds and apricots are healthy snacks which are rich in fiber and less in fat. So, munch these healthy nuts as snacks instead of going for the high calorie foods.
Potatoes: According to researchers at Harvard University, potatoes can make you fat. Most of the people put on weight after eating potatoes in any form. The research revealed that potato based food leads to weight gain. Potatoes chips, potato with cheese, boiled or baked potatoes are considered as fatty food which can make you put on unwanted weight. So, avoid having too many potatoes in a day.
Sweeteners: Sweet can make you fat! It is often advised to avoid food which have sweeteners mainly because it is unhealthy. Apart from weight gain, sugar rich food can also lead to diabetes or high blood sugar levels. This is why, it is best to have sweets only on occasions. If you love dough nuts, artificial sweeteners such as candies then it is time to quit or reduce the quantity of intake.
Carbonated drinks: Sodas are supposed to help digest food but the calories and fat in carbonated drinks due to artificial sweeteners can make you put on extra pounds. Soft drinks and diet cokes are unhealthy and can even spoil the kidneys.
Cheese: Hard cheese such as Parmesan or Romano are rich in calories and saturated fats which adds to your weight. Prefer low fat dairy products as it prevents you from putting on extra weight and also keeps you healthy by providing nutrients and proteins. So, have low fat cream for toppings, yogurt, milk and cheese in your diet.
Avoid these foods as they make you fat. Have a healthy diet filled with nutrition. Also eat at the right time. Eating at the wrong time also makes you fat so always eat on time.
