3.Chillies – Chillies are one of the best food to burn calories. The capsaicin property of the chillies enhances the metabolism rate, which leads to effective burning of excess calories. The process starts after 20 minutes of eating chillies.
4.Honey – Honey is a great agent to enhance the metabolism rate. Thus, honey should be a major part of our breakfast. It boosts the metabolism rate, which promotes burning calories and thus weight loss.
