Home Remedies For Menstrual Pain

Roast two tablespoon sesame seeds in a pan, till they start to splutter. Add one glass water and a piece of jaggery (according to the taste) to this and boil. Turn off the stove and drink it lukewarm. Eat the sesame seeds too, as this is a liquid version of the sweet 'sesame balls' (a type of chikki).
Take warm bath at least twice a day as it makes you clean and comfortable.
Use hot water bags.
Rub warm olive oil on the stomach.
Eat healthy. Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Drink lots of water and try to avoid painkillers.
If severe pain continues regularly after trying these home remedies, it will be better to seek medical attention as it can also be the impact of some other problems including ovarian cysts, fibroid, endometriosis or infection.
