6 Low-Calorie Veggies To Munch Regularly

Brussels Sprouts

Tomato

Onion
We can't imagine any dish or salad without onions. They contain fibre, anti-inflammatory agents and also antioxidants. They have only 9 grams of carbohydrates in every 100 grams.

Cauliflower
Cauliflower comes with only 5 grams of carbs. It contains folate, vitamin K and C.

Broccoli
Even broccoli is rich in vitamin K and C. It is said to prevent cancer too. And it contains only 4 grams of carbs in every 100 grams.

Asparagus
It contains vitamin K and C, folate and fibre too. And it contains just 2 grams of carbohydrates in every 100 grams.
