Stay Away From These Foods If You Want To Avoid Loose Motions!
Here is a list of foods you must avoid to prevent loose motions!
Are you afraid of developing loose motions or diarrhoea that can make you feel sick? If yes, then there are certain common foods that you must avoid, which are known to induce loose motions in many people.
Imagine you are in the middle of an important meeting and all of a sudden find out that you have been affected by loose motions! It can be rather bad, right?
Well, loose motion, or diarrhoea, is a condition in which the consistency of the stools is extremely watery and also the frequency of your visits to the bathroom also increases.
Loose motions can be quite dangerous, as they can lead to dehydration when not treated at the right time.
Loose motions can lead to the depletion of fluids and electrolytes from the body and it also flushes out the essential nutrients, thereby making the person weaker.
So, if you want to avoid being affected by loose motions, stay away from these foods.

1. Sugar-Free Foods
Foods which use alternatives to sugar, such as sucrose, sorbitol, etc., can contribute to the disturbance of enzymes in your gut, causing loose motions.

2. Coffee
Excess coffee drinking can also cause loose motions, as caffeine can cause the intestines to contract more easily and quickly.

3. Alcohol
Alcohol must also be avoided if you want to avoid frequent diarrhoea, as alcohol is acidic in nature and causes irritability of the intestines.

4. Dairy Products
Dairy products like milk, cheese, etc., are also associated with inducing loose motions, especially if the person is even slightly lactose intolerant.

5. White Bread
Although bread is linked to constipation more than diarrhoea, it can also cause loose motions in some people, if they are sensitive to gluten.

6. Fast Food
Fast food, such as, chaats, pizzas, burgers, etc., can be extremely unhealthy and contain a lot of toxins that can induce loose motions.

7. Fibre
If you are consuming excess of fibre-rich foods like spinach, leafy greens, apples, etc., on a daily basis, you could experience loose stools.
