One of the most common mistakes people make is not eating enough fat. If you eat low carbohydrate and low fat, the only option left is proteins. If you eat nothing but protein, you will eventually start feeling hungry. It is true that fat can make you gain weight and contribute to chronic diseases like heart disease, cancer and stroke. The good fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and eliminating the bad fats (saturated fats).

So we miss out on the benefits of healthy fats. Eating lots of refined carbohydrates such as white bread and white rice. These fatty acids reduce bad cholesterol level and reduce the risk oh heart attack.
Nuts
Nuts such as almonds, walnuts and pistachios are healthy for heart. They are the fatty foods that are healthy Almonds are the richest in vitamin E. Walnuts contain omega-3 fatty acid and pistachios have lutein and carotenoids important for eye health. Research shows nut eaters are generally thinner, less likely to develop diabetes and have a reduced risk of heart disease. Pistachios are one of the lowest-fat nuts among the nuts.
Fatty fish
The term "fatty fish" may sound scary, but actually, these are the healthiest and most delicious foods from the sea. Oily fish such as salmon, tuna, sardines, mackerel and trout are full of omega-3 fatty acids. That are important for maintaining good heart health. They don't contain the bad saturated fat you find in most meats. You should eat at least two servings weekly of lake herring, lake trout, mackerel, salmon, sardines or tuna for the healthy omega-3 fats they contain.
Cheese
Cheese has earned a bad name that its full of bad fats. But in the contrary it is very nutritious and healthy. It is rich in calcium, protein, vitamin b12, phosphorus. Have cheese in your diet and keep yourself healthy. Cheese also contains heart healthy fats.
Dark chocolate
It contains iron, copper, magnesium. It contains healthy fats and is good for your heart. It is rich in anti-oxidants and helps to fight other disease. Always take a bite from your favorite dark chocolate.
Full fat yoghurt
It is rich in nutrients such as calcium, vitamins and also contains probiotic flora that is good for your gut. It boosts your immunity and keeps your bones in good health.
Butter prepared from farm milk
Although butter is wholly composed of fats . However its important to add butter in our diet. Most pure milk butters are rich in vitamin A, k2 and good fats. All these are important in maintaining a good health. Always spread some little butter on your toast in morning.
