Wheat cereal- This cereal is a good source of Vitamin E and fibre. It is the healthy breakfast that keeps you active the entire day. When compared to other cereals, whole wheat grain cereal is less in fat, bad cholesterol and, are easy to digest. These sweet cereals also control your hunger for a longer time. So, if you are on diet, you can have whole grain cereals to lose weight and also cleanse out toxins from the body.
Oat cereal- This sweet whole grain cereals is a treat for the sweet tooth. Add some flavour to your breakfast with the healthy oat cereal. If you do not get this combination in the market, just add few drops of honey in the plain whole grain cereal. Chop some fresh fruits and your breakfast is ready! Oat cereal consists of many vitamins and folic acid.
Barley cereal- If you are a diabetic patient, you should have barley cereal. This whole grain controls blood sugar levels. It is also rich in fibre, amino acids, antioxidants and zinc. A healthy and filling breakfast idea for you!
Grape nut cereal- This is another healthy cereal that is made with whole grains. The grape flavour makes it a hot pick among the foodies. Grape nut cereal can be made with both wheat flour and barley. One serving has 7gms fibre, 6 gms protein and 4 gms sugar. So, include this vitamin D, folic acid, fibre rich cereal in your breakfast to stay active and healthy.
