Treatment Of Calcium Deficiency In Kids

Diagnosis, dietary solutions can definitely cure the deficiency. If the reduction of calcium content in the body is still unchecked then it may lead to serious risks like hypertension, osteoporosis etc.
Calcium Deficiency Treatment -
1. Seek the doctor's advice and then consume the calcium supplements. Sometimes pills may have a reverse effect.
2. Eating calcium rich foods like diary products, green leafy vegetables and fruit, dry nuts, seafood will help.
3. Exposure to the ultraviolet rays of the sun helps in increasing the calcium absorption. Calcium absorption is necessary because the mineral tends to decrease with increase of age (for both men and women).
4. Calcium-Fortified foods that is the Orange juice, bread, cereals and crackers will replace the deficient amount.
