Recipe To Prepare The Lung Detox
Ingredients Required:
- A few pieces of freshly cut ginger
- 2 tablespoons of turmeric
- A few cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
The combination of ginger, garlic and turmeric aim at working together to completely eliminate the tar build-up in your lungs. They can also dissolve the toxins accumulated, over a period of time, thereby boosting the health of your lungs.
The anti-inflammatory property of this detox potion can also ease away infections that cause cough and other respiratory disorders. Sugar is added to add a sweet taste to the detox.

Method Of Preparation:
- Heat some water in a pot until it boils.
- Add the suggested quantities of the ingredients to the boiling water.
- Let all the ingredients boil for about 15 minutes.
- Now, drain the boiled mixture into a glass jar.
- Let it cool off for a while.
- Your detox potion is now ready to be consumed.
- Take 2 tablespoons of it each morning and evening, on an empty stomach.
- Consume the detox potion at least for 2 months regularly to see the desired results.
