1. Take about two litres of clean drinking water and then boil it.
2. Take a medium-sized raw, unripe papaya, and wash it thoroughly.
3. Cut the papaya, remove the seeds and cut it into small pieces.
4. Add the cut papaya into the boiling water, boil it for about 5 minutes.
5. Add about two spoons of green tea leaves, then keep boiling it for sometime.
6. Strain the papaya and tea leaves, allow the water to cool.
7. Drink this water frequently throughout the day to find a great relief.
