1. Guggul:
Since ancient times, guggul has been used as a revitalizer to treat people who are suffering from low haemoglobin and anaemia.
At the same time, it also has a purifying property because of which it is considered as one of the best natural Ayurvedic herbs for the treatment of anaemia.
It is best to take guggul powder with a teaspoon of honey and lime juice each before breakfast, as it yields wonderful results.

2. Wheat Grass:
Wheat grass is one of the well-known Ayurvedic herbs that has rich iron content. Drinking wheat grass juice on a daily basis can help in increasing the iron level in blood and thus prevent anaemia.
The wheat grass juice is effective for those who are allergic to other non-vegetarian iron-rich foods.

3. Spirulina:
Spirulina is one Ayurvedic herb that is quite often referred to as the plant blood.
Used in the form of powder, liquids and flakes, spirulina is helpful in curing anaemia by increasing the haemoglobin level. One spoon of spirulina powder taken twice in a day will help those suffering from anaemia.

4. Amalaki:
Amalaki or amla is one of the best antioxidants and a rich source of vitamin C. It helps in better absorption of the iron molecule.
It helps increase the haemoglobin level in the body and thus prevents anaemia. It can be taken in the form of a solid fruit or as juice.
Drink amla juice mixed with a teaspoon of honey and water once in a day, as this will help to increase the red blood cell (RBC) count in the body, thereby treating anaemia.

5. Neem Leaves:
Neem leaves are a great source of iron. When taken with food that are rich in vitamin C like amalaki, neem leaves can help increase the level of haemoglobin.
Add about 2 teaspoons of honey in about 10 grams of neem leaves juice and have this mixture every day in the morning. This will help increase the haemoglobin level and also cure anaemia.
