One of the simple but effective remedies is Surya Namaskaar or chanting Gayathri mantra or Om Adithyaya namah or Om Suryaya namah 3, 11, 21, 51 or 108 times in the morning, while looking at the Sun for at least 42 days.
Also, performing Dhanwantri Homa and Mars Homa can effectively negate the malefic planetary influences; thus ensuring that headache is always miles away from you.
