Diet And Weight Management Tips: Tracy Anderson
Hollywood's fitness world is getting slowly conquered with Tracy Anderson's diet methods. She is the fitness guru of Jennifer Lopez, Gwyneth Paltrow, Madonna, Shakira and Gisele Bundchen. The trainer is expecting her first bundle of joy with hubby Matt Mogol.
Tracy Anderson's Diet Secrets
1. You need to begin your day with a hot cup of green tea followed by a healthy breakfast plan. A big glass of milkshake (containing almond, blueberries and protein powder) or a protein gluten free bar is the ideal food for morning. She also suggests multivitamins for breakfast.
2.A 45 minute workout post breakfast (an hour after breakfast) will tone the body muscles and make you feel fit. The exercises will be simple cardio exercises done in the form of a dance (with pace).
3. Post workout time is the ideal time for vegetable juices as the body requires the drained amount to be replaced with vitamins, antioxidants and Iron. Kale is a type of herb Tracy Anderson suggests as part of her diet secrets. She feels it is the best ingredient to consume post workouts.
4. Tracy's lunch options includes for vegan and non vegan. She suggest vegetable slices (tomatoes, cucumbers etc) with low carb wraps and dry nuts. For non vegans, she suggests plain saltless roasted turkey, lemon grilled chicken with vegetable slices.
5. The evening snack is bare minimal. A handful of nuts or a low calorie vegetable juice.
6. The dinner plan includes, hot herb vegetable soup (a normal spiced soup) with vegetable salad.
Tracy Anderson's diet is too simple and easy to follow. It doesn't contain terrible workouts that cannot be continued for a longer period. Her weight management tips are practical and tasty. The celebrity trainer is smart in planning diet meals and workouts which is why she is famous and the most recommended in the elite network.
