Exercises To Get Rid Of Love Handles!

Lose Love Handles With Exercises:
Side Ups: This is a very simple exercise to start with. By simple, we mean simple to understand not do. Stand straight with your feet apart. Bend to your left side and take your right arm over your head. Hold this position for 30 seconds and then bend to the other side. The opposite arm must be held over your head for balancing.
Mermaid Crunches: This fancy sounding crunch is actually an improvisation of the normal crunch to get rid of love handles. Lie flat on a mat. Fold your hands on the back of your head. Now raise yourself from the abdomen at a 45 degrees tilted angle. Go left, come back on the ground position and then go left. Beginners can do 10 counts on each side.
Trunk Twist: This is a fairly basic exercise but, very effective. There is a misconception that this is a workout to tuck in your tummy. But, it actually serves to flatten your 'tyres'. Stand with your feet apart. With your left hand, reach out to your right ankle and vice versa. No cheating by bending your knees!
T-Stab Pushups: This is a difficult type of push up but will help you lose weight fast. Balance yourself on one arm, twist your body by crossing over your legs and hold your free arm over your head for balance. Now do the push ups in this position.
Stomach Vacuums: This is an exercise borrowed from Yoga. You do this sitting in a relaxed pranayama Yoga position. Whiling working out in the gym or at home, you can do this as a filler exercise. When you are really tired in between exercises, suck in your stomach (plus the love handles you want to get rid of) and, hold your breath for as long as you can. For best results, stand upright while doing this.
These exercises will definitely help you get in shape unless you really 'love' your love handles.
