Katrina Kaif's fitness guru Pradeep Bhatia opened her secret behind this shaped figure. Pradeep Bhatia has trained Katrina Kaif while she was shooting for Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani and Rajneeti. He revealed that Katrina Kaif's fitness workout is for an hour done 3 days in a week and said that due to her packed schedule, she couldn't spare time for her workout. But her pure dedication towards fitness was proved when she called him mid-night once to workout.
Katrina Kaif's fitness regime includes ab and core exercises like iso-planks, gymming, swimming and jogging. She even does yoga for mental piece. Yasmin Karachiwala also has dedicated a lot to make the actress lose weight for her item song, Sheila Ki Jawani.
Katrina Kaif's diet involves lots of fruits, green salad, vegetables and grilled fish. She loves grilled fish and avoids having rice as it adds to the weight. Katrina Kaif's diet secret is her strict routine- eat right food at right time. She avoids starch consumption and prefers having boiled vegetables. She keeps munching fruits whenever she feels hungry.
Katrina Kaif's diet routine starts with 4 glasses of water in the morning. She haves brown bread with peanut butter or egg whites. Katrina Kaif's lunch diet consists of grilled fish and green salad, brown rice, legumes and she has left having chicken even after knowing that chicken is rich in proteins, this is mainly because chicken consists of fat.
