Exercises To Tone Women Arms

Women exercises to tone arms:
1. Stand with feet and shoulders apart holding a dumbbell in each hand. Bend the elbows and bring the hands to shoulders, palms facing forward. Keep the shoulders down and press the weights straight overhead. Lower the weights back to shoulders. Take a break for few seconds and repeat it 10 times.
2. Push ups is a simple exercise used widely to tone arms. It works on both the arms and chest. If you keep hands closer then it works on your triceps and when kept apart it works more on chest upliftment.
3. Weight turning and cardio exercises are effective exercises to tone up the women arms.
4. Stand with hands and legs wide apart and hands straight on the sides. Do 20 small circles forward and 20 backwards in each hand.
5. Pull ups is also an effective exercise to tone up women arms. Lie on the floor and bend your knees. Put your hands on your back head and pull your front towards the knees. Lie down and repeat 10 times.
6. Stand with little bent knees and hold dumbbells in each straight hand at your back. Lift arms straight back about 2 feet behind you and return to sides. Repeat it 10-15 times. For beginners start with 5 times as arm pain is possible after this exercise.
Try these exercises to tone up the women arms.
