Simple Abs Exercises For Men To Do At Home!

Bicycling:
It
is
the
most
effective
ab
workout
for
men
at
home
to
get
the
six
packs!
Lie
with
face
up
on
the
mat.
Place
your
hands
behind
your
head
with
little
support
from
the
fingers.
Rotate
to
the
left.
Bend
left
knee
and
and
bring
the
right
elbow
close
to
left
knee.
Straighten
the
right
knee
while
bending
the
left
knee.
Touch
the
elbow
and
knee.
Repeat
this
on
the
right
side
and
do
this
bicycling
exercise
for
15-20
minutes.
Chair position: Stand straight and bend the knees a little till you feel the abdomen contrasts. Bring your hands straight in front and hold this bent air-sitting position for 1-2 minutes. Don't arch the back while bending down. Breathe out while leaving the position. Repeat it 10 times. This abs exercise will not only reduce the belly fat but also is an effective abs exercise for men at home.
Pull ups: It is believed that body-built men regularly do hundreds of pull ups to maintain their six or eight pack abs. Lie on a mat and bring forward your upper front. Keep the hands behind the neck and lift your knees 4-5 inches from the floor. Hold this position for 2-3 minutes till you feel the abdomen contrasting.
Leg crunches: Crunches is a common abs exercise for men which can be done at home. Lie on the mat and pulls your knees straight up with knees crossed. Put your hands behind the neck for support but don't pull the neck. Hold this position for a minutes and relax. Repeat again for 10-15 times.
Arm crunches: Lie on the mat and bend the knees. Take the arms straight out behind the head with the arms touching the ears and hands clasped. Pull yourself up and hold the position for a minute. Avoid spraining your neck and if you feel neck pain then place one hand behind your neck for support. Relax and repeat this abs exercise for men 8-10 times at home.
These abs exercises for men can be done at home and if this hard work is done with dedication then you can get six packs abs at home itself!
