Nikhita Tandon's Sensual Line At Amazon India Fashion Week 2016
Nikhita Tandon is one of India's most prestigious fashion designers. She entered the industry inspired by her mother Reynu Tandon, who is also a designer. Nikhita's designs are all about mastering the art of creating beautiful clothes. She works meticulously to bring out some of the best pieces India has to offer. The most interesting part about her collection is that she always merges old world charm into new age, fashion forward clothing. She relies upon the feminine spirit to guide her on this decadent journey that will take her to even greater heights.
She presented her work at the Amazon India Fashion Week tonight and it was all about intelligent architecture and futuristic design. Flowing fabric was the underlying current that pulled the entire look together and we loved the whole feminine vibe.
The first look we're discussing today is this lovely halter neck maxi gown. This could be taken as any maxi gown but bodice is the main highlight. The overlapping pieces of fabric has created a cute space in between and we love how well that suits the entire dress.
The second outfit we're looking at tonight is the peplum top and shorts combo. This isn't just any peplum, the cascading tails at the back of the top allow for loads of movement and flow. The print is very classy and we all know that indigo and white is a match made in heaven.
The third one tonight is this all white high-low dress. We love white dresses but the texture on this fabric makes it look fabulous on and off the runway. The plunging neckline, the belt and the ruffles create so much drama we're wondering if this a dress or a work of art.
Who doesn't admire a sweetheart neckline? We sure do! These separates are perfect for showing off arms and a lovely leg. The thigh high slit adds a very sensual touch and the fitted crop top is great to accentuate breasts and a slim figure.
