Deepika Padukone Steals The Show In Royal Sikh Jewels At The Grand Ambani Wedding, Pics!
At Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding, Deepika Padukone dazzled spectators with her exquisite fashion, which combined modern style with her rich Sikh heritage.
Padukone, who is expecting her first child, flaunted her baby bump wearing a custom red and gold ensemble by Torani. Her mother, Ujjala Padukone, was also present. A piece of jewellery rooted in the history of the Sikh empire served as the focal point of her ensemble.

Scroll down to get accessory styling tips from the gorgeous mommy-to-be Deepika Padukone.

Heritage Jewellery
Padukone's choice of jewellery, designed in the style of Shaleena Nathani, is reminiscent of the craftsmanship and legacy of the Maharaja Ranjit Singh era. Maharaja Ranjit Singh's reign is symbolized artistically by the bazuband, a symbol of distinction and authority.
Matching bracelets and earrings completed her 20th-century-inspired Sindhi Choga Shalwar costume. She wore the choker with these accessories. Padukone accessorized her outfit with plum-coloured nails, a delicate crimson bindi, nude lips, and dramatic black winged eyeliner. Her well-groomed hair, accessorized with a white floral gajra, provided a touch of classic elegance.

Bazuband Story
The bazuband, which was formerly a part of Maharaja Ranjit Singh's royal treasure, displays the grandeur and workmanship of its maturity, according to fashion designer Anant Sethi of Narayani Vastra, who highlighted the significance of Padukone's decision. Deepika's transformation of it into a necklace honours our rich history and highlights the classic beauty of Indian jewellery.
Tara-C-Tara's Ankur Shukla emphasized the versatility of antique items, saying, "This bazuband, originally intended for the arm, seamlessly transforms into a stunning necklace, preserving its beauty and significance." It became the main feature of Deepika's outfit owing to the details on it.

Royal Jewels Significance
Wearing jewellery with historical significance is a powerful way to acknowledge cultural roots and merge tradition with modern flair. Heritage items, which are frequently expertly crafted by hand, are a testament to the artistic brilliance and cultural ideals of bygone eras. Wearing such jewellery allows individuals to commemorate the craftsmanship that has been passed down through the centuries and to connect with their past.
Incorporating heritage jewellery with contemporary attire also highlights its versatility and ageless beauty. It serves as an example of how classic patterns can be subtly incorporated into contemporary fashions to produce distinctive and sophisticated looks.
Celebrities like Deepika Padukone honour their cultural heritage and celebrate their ancestors' legacies when they wear heritage jewels. Heritage jewellery items are more than just accessories; they convey tales about the eras and people who made them. They stand for continuity, tying generations together with customs and principles that they all share.
Padukone has previously selected Torani masterpieces for momentous occasions. She had previously attended Anant and Radhika's sangeet ceremony wearing a purple Torani Bhadra Sanjali sari, which is part of Torani's Classics collection and celebrates Indian workmanship and artisanry, for over 1.30 lakh.
Every occasion Deepika Padukone attends is a statement thanks to her continued style choices, which combine modern elegance with her cultural heritage!
