Post showing his magic at Amazon India Fashion Week, Gaurav Jai Gupta is back with his popular label Akaaro at Lakme Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2016 with a message to spread across.
As we are aware, this year, Lakme Fashion Week is majorly focusing on sustaining fashion, and Gaurav is trying to just the same. His new collection is called Think. Make., as stated, it promotes sustainable practices in the fashion business.
Working parallel with the Green Wardrobe initiative, Gaurav has tried to bring the first-of-its-kind collection on the runway this time.
The collection aims to showcase a shifting cultural landscape of a contemporary Indian woman. The key elements of this collection are Weave. Women. Wear-Ability.
