Pineapple Raita
Raitha an Indian side dish made out of curd usually, is used as a dip for fried rice or any rice recipes. Here is the recipe for pineapple raitha, try this at your house today.

Ingredients :

Sliced Pineapple – 2 cups

Curd – 3 cups

Sugar – 3 tbs

Pepper Corns – as required

Salt – to taste

Method :

Mix curd, salt and sugar well.

Add sliced pineapple in the mixture and stir well.

Now garnish it with pepper corns and serve with your fried rice.
