Ingredients:
10 Green Chilies
6tbsp Mustard Oil
4tbsp Mustard Powder
4tbsp Garlic - Ginger paste
Salt to taste
1tbsp Jaggery
1tbsp Vinegar
1tbsp Amchur/Dry Mango Powder
Method:
Slit the Green Chilies and keep aside.
Mix Mustard Powder, Salt, Jaggery, Vinegar and Amchur Powder.
Stuff this mixture into the Chilies.
Heat Mustard Oil and add the Ginger-Garlic paste and the Chilies and Salt and cook for 10 minutes. Store in airtight jars.
