Digestive Churan Recipe - Served For Digestive Problems After Heavy Meal

Ingredients

  1. 1 tsp carom seeds
  2. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  3. 1 tsp fennel seeds
  4. 2 tsp dill seeds
  5. 1-2 fenugreek seeds
  6. 1 tsp rock salt
  7. Pinch of black salt (sanchal)
  8. Pinch of asafoetida (hing)
  9. A piece of tamarind
  10. A piece of jaggery

How To Make Digestive Churans?

  1. Dry roast all the seeds in the pan.
  2. Grind them with tamarind, jaggery and salt (without water). Make small balls of the mixture and serve like digestive pills.
  3. You can even powder the seeds and salt separately and have a teaspoon after meal.

The digestive churan powder can also be mixed with buttermilk and had like jal jeera.
