This tangy masaledar aloo has a mix of different spices in it which makes it a perfect treat with rotis and parathas.

Ingredients
- Potatoes- 4 (boiled and peeled)
- Coriander seeds- 1tbsp (crushed)
- Cumin powder- 1tsp
- Red chilli flakes- 2tsp
- Chat masala- 2tsp
- Black salt- ¼ tsp
- Hing (asafoetida)- a pinch
- Cumin seeds- 1tsp
- Sugar- ½ tsp
- Salt- as per taste
- Oil- 1tbsp
Procedure
1.
Cut
the
boiled
potatoes
into
dices
and
keep
it
aside.
2.
Heat
oil
in
a
pan
and
add
cumin
seeds,
hing
and
fry
for
a
minute.
3.
Then
add
the
diced
boiled
potatoes
and
fry
for
3-4
minutes
on
medium
flame.
4.
Add
crushed
coriander
seeds,
cumin
powder,
red
chilli
flakes,
chat
masala,
black
salt,
sugar
and
saute
for
3-4
minutes.
5.
As
the
spices
get
coated
on
the
potatoes,
adjust
the
salt
according
to
your
taste.
6.
Once
done,
switch
off
the
flame
and
serve.
