Gobi Burr Recipe – A Lip Smacking Side Dish!
Ingredients:
- 1 cauliflower (grated)
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- ' tsp salt
- ' tsp turmeric powder
- ' cup fresh coriander leaves
- ' tsp cumin powder
- ' tsp oil
How To Make Gobi Burr?
- In a pan, heat oil.
- Add all the listed ingredients except coriander and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove pan from flame and garnish with coriander. Tasty gobi burr recipe is ready to serve.
Enjoy gobi burr side dish hot or cold with pita bread.
