Ingredients:
2 Radish with leaves
2 Potatoes
2 Tomatoes
1tbsp Ghee
"' tsp Cumin Seeds
"' tsp Kalonji/Onion Seeds
"' tsp Fenugreek Seeds
Salt to taste
2 Green Chilies
METHOD :
Boil 250gms Water with Cumin Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds and Kalonji until 100gms of water is left. Strain and keep aside. Clean and chop the Radish leaves. Heat "' tbsp Ghee, add the leaves and the strained water. When the leaves are soft, remove and keep aside. Boil Potatoes, peel and cut into cubes. Grate Radish. Chop Tomatoes finely and saute in remaining Ghee. Add Potatoes and Radish. Cook until Radish is soft. Add Salt and Chilies. Mix well. Serve hot, decorated with the cooked Radish Leaves.
