Easy Capsicum And Cheese Paratha Recipe
Capsicum and cheese paratha recipe is popular in north India. It is also called shimla mirch and cheese paratha recipe. This healthy dish is easy to make as well. Kids would also like this dish as cheese is a vital ingredient in this paratha. Capsicum and cheese paratha is an Indian dish that you would love to savour for lunch.

It is spicy, cheesy and loaded with nutrients. You must have had different paratha varieties, but you may not have tried this capsicum and cheese paratha.

Serves- 2
Preparation time- 20 minutes
Cooking time- 5 minutes
All You Need
Wheat flour- 2 cup
Capsicum- 1 (chopped)
Cheese- 2 slices (grated and in room temperature)
Green chillies- 2-3 nos (chopped)
Garlic- ¼ (finely chopped)
Salt- to taste
Oil
Procedure
1. Take a bowl and mix wheat flour and salt in it. Add water in right amounts and make a dough. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, add capsicum, cheese, green chillies and garlic in a bowl and mix it well.
3. Then, make the dough into balls. Roll them into thick rounds.
4. Now, take a handful of mixture and stuff them into each of it. Cover it and then roll again.
5. Take a tawa and heat oil in it. Then, place each paratha and roast them well till it becomes golden brown.
Your capsicum and cheese paratha recipe is simple and can be savoured with raitha or pickles.
