Navratri Special: Faraal Or Peanut Curd Chutney Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp peanuts (roasted, crushed)
- 1 cup fresh curd
- ' cup curry leaves
- ' tsp sugar (powdered)
- 1 green chilli (chopped)
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 tsp oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp cashews
How To Make Faraal?
1. Beat the curd until smooth.
2. In a pan, fry mustard seeds, cashews and curry leaves. Leave it aside.
3. Add chopped chillies, roasted peanuts, coriander, sugar, salt and stir well.
4. Garnish with the fried mixture. Refrigerate it and your tasty faraal is ready to relish.
