Ingredients
- Almonds - 4
- Kale - 1 cup
- Spinach - 1 cup
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Milk - ½ cup
Procedure
- First you need to soak the almonds in water, overnight. The next morning, the almonds are removed from the water and crushed. Keep the water aside for later use.
- In a mixer, place the kale and the spinach. Grind these two ingredients for a second or so. When the ingredients in the mixer start to become thick, add in a little almond water to the mixture.
- To the mixer, add in the honey, the crushed almonds and the milk. Grind all of these ingredients well, until it forms a thick paste like drink.
- When done, taste the Spinach and Kale smoothie to see if you need to add a little extra honey. You can also add chopped pieces of banana to make the Spinach and Kale smoothie interesting or sweeter.
