Ridge Gourd Dosa Recipe - Instant Breakfast Recipe
Ingredients:
1. 1 Ridge gourd (peeled, de-seed, sliced round)
2. 2-3 cups Gram flour (besan)
3. 1 tsp cumin seeds
4. Pinch of asafoetida (fried)
5. Salt according to taste
6. Chili powder
7. Oil for frying
How To Make Ridge Gourd Dosa?
1. Mix all the above ingredients (except ridge gourd and oil) into thick batter.
2. Dip the slices of ridge gourd in batter and arrange in a circular way (like dosa). Fry with oil.
3. Cook on both sides. Tasty ridge gourd dosa is ready.
Enjoy the ridge gourd dosa hot with ghee and chutney.
