Creamy Cheese Mashed Potatoes For Breakfast

We are pressure cooking the potatoes to save time. Here is how you can prepare this lovely cheesy mashed potatoes on this fine morning. The recipe is easy and will leave you wanting for more. Take a look as to how you can make this special treat.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Ingredients
- Potatoes- 4 (boiled)
- Cheese- 500 gms
- Cream- 1 cup
- Butter- 8tbsp
- Garlic powder- 1tsp
- Pepper- ¼ tsp
Procedure
- Peel and dice the potatoes.
- Cook the potatoes in a pressure cooker with enough water on low flame. Wait for 2 whistles to blow.
- After this you need to drain off the excess water. Now take a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, cheese, sour cream, butter, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Beat the mixture which is in the bowl using an an electric mixer till it turns fluffy. Turn the mixture into a baking dish, greased with butter.
- Now top the potatoes with the cheese.
- After this you need to cover the dish and bake in at 350° in the oven for 45 minutes.
After the timer is done, remove the cover and bake again for another 15 minutes.
