Procedure

  1. Take a non stick pan and heat it over a medium flame. When it turns hot, place a spoonful of batter on the pan and in a circular motion make a dosa. As soon as you see the steam howering on the dosa, drop in a little butter and allow it to melt onto the dosa.
  2. While the dosa is cooking, add in a little chopped onion, capsicum, mashed green peas, chopped tomatoes and a pinch of chopped garlic.
  3. Now mix the ingredients gently over the dosa. Add in a little Schezwan Sauce.
  4. Then add the pav bhaji masala, mango powder and green chilli paste. Add in a little red chilli paste too.
  5. Now mix and flatten the paste on the entire dosa.
  6. Now add to the mix, aloo and smash it well. Add in the butter too. Also, add the chopped coriander leaves.
  7. Sprinkle a little water over the dosa so that it does not stick to the pan.
  8. Sprinkle a little salt to taste.
  9. When it is done, remove the mixture that is cooking at the middle of the dosa. Lay it gently on a serving plate, leaving behind the dosa to still stay on the pan.

  11. Now fold the dosa and serve it along side the pav bhaji mixture.
