Starting the day with a healthy breakfast is the most important thing. Including fruits in your diet, early in the morning is extremely necessary if you want to keep yourself fit and lose those extra kilos. But having fruits in their raw form is not always welcomed by our taste-buds. So, why not add flavour to our otherwise bland fruits?
Here is a tasty and irresistible recipe of banana smoothie which is sure to take your taste-buds on delightful ride. This recipe allows you to get the healthy fruits into your system with a tasty twist.

Ingredients
- Yogurt- 400 ml, frozen
- Bananas- 2 frozen
- Honey- 3tsp
- Pumpkin seeds- 2tsp
- Water- 10ml
Procedure
- Peel the bananas.
- Put yogurt and bananas in a blender.
- Add 2 teaspoon of honey.
- Add 2 teaspoon of pumpkin seeds.
- Add a dash of water.
- Give it a good whisk till smooth.
- Pour in a tall cold glass.
- Garnish with pumpkin seeds and honey.
