Baked Potato Stuffing For Masala Dosa
Dosa is one of the main dishes prepared almost every day in an Indian home. When you prepare masala dosa, the main ingredient is the red striking masala. However, when you add an extra ingredient to the breakfast recipe, you only add in taste!
Potato is usually avoided by those who are on a weight loss program. But, when you consume baked potatoes, it is usually much safer than fried. This Indian baked potato recipe for masala dosa has less amount of calories. Therefore, you can easily enjoy this breakfast recipe with a smile on your face.

Ingredients
- Potatoes -1/2 kg
- Cumin Seeds-2 tsp
- Turmeric-1 tsp
- Garlic Powder-1 tsp
- Chilli powder -1/2 tsp
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-3 tbsp
Procedure
1.You first need to bake the potatoes. When done, keep aside..
2.Once cool to touch smash the potatoes with a fork. You can also smash the potatoes with the help of your hands..
3.In a skillet heat oil and add cumin. Once they begin to crackle, add in the baked potatoes.
4.Sprinkle turmeric, garlic powder, chilli and salt. Mix in these ingredients and let the baked potatoes develop a golden colour
5.When done, start frying your masala dosa without oil. After each dosa, spread a little baked potato in the center and fold it into half.
Your oil free masala dosa is now ready to eat along with the baked potato recipe. Enjoy your breakfast when hot.
