Pinni Recipe – Simple Sweet Delight From Haryana
Ingredients:
- ¼ kg Wheatflour
- ¼ kg Ghee
- ¼ kg sugar (ground)
- ¼ cup Milk
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
How To Make Haryana Pinni?
- Fry the wheat flour in ghee until light brown.
- In a frying pan, melt ghee and add the fried wheat flour.
- Cook until the flour blends with ghee well. Turn off the gas and leave the pan to cool.
- Add powdered sugar and cardamom to the flour mixture. Mix well.
- Make small pinnis with the help of milk. Tasty Haryana pinnis ready to serve.
You can also garnish pinnis with poppy seeds, cashews and almonds.
