Kesar Kulfi: An Indian Dessert
Indian dessert recipes are relished all across the globe. They are very simple and at the same time yummy. Kulfi recipes fall among the list of favourites of many Indians. Kulfi recipes are available in a variety of flavours. But a kesar kulfi is among the most popular of them. Kesar (saffron) is among the costliest of all flavouring agents. The fine aroma of kesar gives this kulfi recipe its special touch.
You can also add some dry fruits to this ice cream recipe. But, we will use only pistachios for making kesar kulfi. This is because the two flavours, kesar and pistachios blend well to give out an awesome taste. Try this ice cream recipe at home as this is very easy to make.
