Though in today's busy life we quench our appetite with junk food most of the time but we all confess that homemade delicacies have their own undisputed charm, which attracts both children and adults.
Cooking at home also has it's own benefits. I have heard my Grandmother say while cooking we exercise all our muscles. Following is the recipe of cookies, which is not much of an exercise but will sure be pleasure to your taste buds.
Ingredients
Maida – Two Cups
White Oil – One Cup
Powdered Sugar – Two Cups
Chopped Dry Fruits – One Cup
Note – All the ingredients should be measured in one cup size.
Method
1.Mix the maida well with sugar.
2.Pour little oil in intervals into the maida and make a dough. Pouring the whole oil together might make lumps.
3.Make cookie shapes rings and in the center make a cross and sprinkle the chopped dry fruits.
4.Pre heat the oven at 400 Degrees.
5.Grease the baking container with butter.
6.Place the cookies and bake for 8 mints.
