Ingredients:
1.1 graham cracker pie crust
2.2 tsp melted butter
3.250 g Cheese (cream)
4.2 cups Sugar
5.1 cup Milk
6.4 Eggs (beaten)
7.1 cup cream soured
8.1 tsp vanilla extract
9.1/4 cup Flour (sifted all purpose flour)
Method:
1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
2.Grease the base of the spring form pan.
3.In a mixing bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press onto the base of the pan.
4.In another bowl, combine cream cheese with sugar till soft and fluffy.
5.Then add milk, egg beat to the sugar mixture just enough to batter consistency.
6.Add cream soured, vanilla extract and sifted flour to it, mix well till smooth.
7.Pour the filling into the prepared crust and leave it for a few minutes to set.
8.Bake the mixture in the preheated oven for about an hour.
9.Turn off the oven, and leave the cake to cool in the oven for about 5 to 6 hours.
10.Place it in the refrigerator till serving. Tasty cake recipe ready to serve.
Enjoy Cheese cakes with topping of sugar syrup or flavored fruits, nuts and chocolates. Savory cheesecakes can also be accompanied with salads.
